shortcode doesn't work properly

I’m trying combining h5p plugin with learnpress plugin in my Mooesia theme. Learnpress has courses they are pages, h5p working properly on this pages, but I don’t need h5p on my courses. For lessons(they are like posts, but special posts, I cannot see them in the list of wordpress posts) h5p button is working inserting like this:[h5p id=”3″], but nothing appears. I was trying insert as frame with the same result. If I create wp post all is working. I can create link to wp post, but it would be better to have all content on 1 page. Shortcode is working after reloading the current page.
