Thank you so much for your response. We have updated the latest version and there are more than 1400 forum users. The issue is just with a few, but important ones. They are all on different versions of Firefox. The ones reported are v 89.0 and v84.0.2. Both are on windows.

Well we are not using buddypress. We were just testing something. Really need your help in finding the root cause of the issue and get the user integration to work.

removed the dot from from the cookie value

the integration is set to link the users. the option selected is ” Link phpBB and WordPress users (default)”

all changed
cookie set at .test2020.joc.org.uk
phpBB overall_footer is changed to test2020.joc.org.uk
page-forum domain set to test2020.joc.org.uk

still the same issue

changed everything to test.2020.joc.org.uk both on the overall_footer.html and page-forum.php

ok changed this but the page now keeps refreshing in loops

Our users will mainly login from the WP side. However, the auto login (single sign on) is still not working. Can you please apply the patch or help in looking into the issue? Is it possible to teamview or something like that?

Also, migrated users from WP to PHPBB are not able to login to PHPBB using the WP credentials. Is there a Live chat option? so that we could resolve this together?

Hi – sorry I have now removed the under construction mode.

I have set the forum at https://test2020.joc.org.uk/forum and have set the cookies on phpbb to be .joc.org.uk to cover all subdomains.

Am I missing anything?
