Shortcode Doesnt work in Customizer

  • i want to display Facebook reviews on homepage and the plugin is asking me to add the shortcode in customizer.

    shortcode is outputted as it is instead of review being shown.

    Shortcode works fine on post and pages.

    Please assist.
