Shortcode doesnt work

    Hello,

    I’m trying to get the plugin to work but it doesn’t at the moment. I’m using the oxygen builder which has a shortcode element. So I’ve put the [shared_files] shortcode in it but it only shows the text “[shared_files]”. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how I could fix it.

    Hello,

    There was a problem with my site so now it got reset so I’m back to square one. And I still have the same problem. So I’m using the oxygen builder to make my website and the oxygen builder has a shortcode element where you can put a shortcode in. But when I do that I only see the shortcode in text format and not the downloadable files. https://www.gezamenlijke-brandweer.nl/shared-files/ I’ve also checked if the files are fully published and they are. So if you have any idea what could be the problem please let me know.

    Hi,

    Could you double check that the shortcode is added to a block named “Shortcode” and not for example “Code Block” or something else?

    And if it is in a Shortcode block, the shortcode is added to the field titled “Full shortcode”?

    I’ve added it into a shortcode element and not into a code block so I think I’m doing it right.
