Shortcode doesn′t work

Hello, I’m stuck.

I’m trying to integrate your plugin in the website colectivagenda.com:

I made the integration with fb api, I uploaded a single event for the test, and configured anything in your plugin.

The problem is, when I paste your basic shortcode [facebook_events] show as a string.

Here is an example:
the form is called with contact form 7 shortcode, and the next one is your shortcode, which is a string.

EDIT:
I could solve it, but now you see a message that says “no events are found”, I have imported them correctly
