Shortcode doesn’t work

    Hello,

    I have been following instructions https://gmbhurgri.com/woo-file-dropzone-woocommerce-plugin-user-guide/ (and the ones listed in dashbord), unfortunately, plugin does not work.
    When I put
    <td><?php echo do_shortcode(‘[woo_file_dropzone_checkout_page cart_item_key={$cart_item_key}]’); ?></td>
    in themes/mytheme/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php (39row)
    In review order page I see only bare [woo_file_dropzone_checkout_page cart_item_key={$cart_item_key}] line.
    Why could it be and how to fix it ?

    I am using WP 4.7.2 version and working on Chrome 56.0.2924.87

    Hi,
    Have you selected the option in configuration option
    Use with Shortcode in dashboard ?

    for using shortcodes you have to select that option. I am guessing you have not selected that.

    Please let me know if you have selected that option and still there is issue?

    I have the same issue. Plugin doesn’t appear even after checkbox use with shortcode is checked.

    In other way, plugin doesn’t appear when I have checked to appear in product detail or cart.

    Have you any idea, what’s wrong? I have WordPress 4.7.3 and theme is Balloon.

    No, it isn’t.

    So it means there is another issue with plugin not just with only Shortcodes. do you see any error while activating plugin ?

    No, everything works fine. But plugin doesn’t appear on product detail page or cart or checkout page.

    You mean this ballon theme ? if so it doesn’t support woocommerce.

    Just a suggestion try standard woocommerce theme if plugin works with it.

    I can’t guess what is wrong with it except them supports woocommerce ?

    I believe issue is with language, here is screenshot I inspect and removed ‘disabled’ from attribute and it works.

    Currently looks there is no quick solution but I will look into this what is the issue with language other than English.

    I’m sorry, but I don’t know how you removed “disabled” from attribute?

    I mean I open Chrome developer tools and then inspect element and removed disabled attribute from button element.
