Shortcode doesn’t load completely

  • Hi people,

    At the top of the page, after the heading “Admission in Festan?a”, I am trying to make it work a tabs system widget. It works for all the stuff I put in, less for a shortcode. There are 4 tabs, Just click in one the first 3 tabs, and then click on “Get the admission kit”. You will see an image down (which is only the top of the shortcode), and the rest of the shortcode content is not loading, strangely! But if you open a new browser tab (really in the browser), and then comeback again to the page “I need help” tab, the rest of the shortcode content will load… Very strange.

    DOes anybody know what is going on and how to solve the problem? Thank you!

  • It works for me in Chrome – what browser are you using?

    Have you any extension like popup blockers?

    The Coconut Tickets is an iframe so may be blocked for some reason.

    Firefox. But I tried in other browsers and it also doesn’t work.

    No, I don’t have.

    But there is a strange thing happening. Once I click with the right button on the image header (the only part that loaded – the content didn’t) that appears after I click “4- Get the admission kit”, the whole content down suddenly appears. How can I solve this? DO you have any idea? I tried to use the console, but I didn’t get the point.

    And by the way, another error that is crashing my head is that suddenly Gutentor buttons (the widget that adds the tabs block with the 4 tabs) suddenly stopped working. The backgrounds of the tabs stopped to show and work, as well as the buttons on the table presented down… I have no idea what happened.
