Hi…. same for me, I have created a gallery and added a picture to it … when I preview or view the page, I see the thumbnail but when I click on it , nothing happens… hahncgdev, what is your email address please ? I dont wanna post my website URL here…

Yup I got the same thing with Reflex Gallery Pro.

Thumbnail wouldn’t resize to image size specified and when clicked on no popup displayed – page would do nothing.

When checking through Firebug there seemed to be a 404 request error with the PrettyPhoto JS script, wasn’t found.

Have now reverted back to Easy Gallery Pro – which is working fine, but not on mobile devices, which is quite important.

Any info you could offer in how to fix this would be great!

I have found the issue that is causing this problem and have made the bug fix on the Pro version already. The issue is that the folder containing the prettyPhoto scripts is all lower case (/prettyphoto/), but is referenced in the code as ‘/prettyPhoto/’. Some hosting providers have a problem with the different casing, while others do not. I will make this update to the repository version very soon.

I just changed the file name in folder “reflex-gallery” from prettyphoto to prettyPhoto in FileZilla. Fixed.

Hey all.. having the same issue. I changed the name of the folder in my bluhost directory, i changed the image ration in the ‘Edit Gallery’ section, and I even changed it in the default settings… still shows up as a large image on my page.

Is this something that can be handled via html code?

This issue has been resolved in version 1.4

thanks hahncgdev… how do I download/update the pluging to 1.4? How can I check what version I have? Im a bit new to wordpress and development so i appreciate the support.
