Shortcode does not display as widget does

I love that you can display the widget anywhere with a shortcode, but it seems to only show using the default settings (Using “rolling” instead of “fading” animation, including Tweet source, etc). I can change these in the widget, but when I use the shortcode it does not display identically.

Is there something I can change to make the widget settings appear in the shortcode?
