shortcode displaying in text

    Are you sure that you pasted it in wordpress visual editor and not in “TEXT” mode ?

    Yes, it is within a cell of a table. I am wondering if that is the issue?

    Shortcode might be loosing its format and being converted to plain text in case that its wrapped inside HTML code or any other code, so its not suggested using it inside parts of code, but only in Visual editor and in “clean” texts.
