Shortcode did not work

    Hello

    I installed the usernoise plugin and enabled it. I made a test post and embedded the [feedbacks] shortcode in it but it will not work. It just displays the shortcode on my site as text. I intend buying the pro version but want to be sure this works fine on my site. What should i do to correct this
