Shortcode customization

Hi,

I love this plugin and I use it for a while now. I am curious if there is a way to customize the table of contents manually in a post.
So far I have the plugin set up that I have to manually add the shortcode and it will display the table of contents on the right side of the post while the text is wrapped around the box.

In some posts, I would rather have the table of contents to be full width. Is there any way already to do this or could that be implemented?
Something like [ez-toc fullwidht] or something like this. Of course it would be great to also set a percentage or px in the shortcode itself.

As it looks like, I can only configure the plugin globally. If I set it in the plugin settings to be full widht, it will be so in every post where I add it.
