shortcode custom parameter

Is it possible to add a custom parameter to the popupbuilder shortcode, so that I can create dynamic popups? I am using popupbuilder to open an iframe in a popup and I would like to pass (part of) the link of the iframe to the popup via the shortcode, instead of having to create a new poppup instance (copy) for every iframe URL I want to show.
