Shortcode cusrev_reviews_slider doesn’t work as expected

    I would like to display a slider of all reviews of different products using shortcode and parameter product_tags:
    [cusrev_reviews_slider products=”” avatars=”standard” product_tags=”BirthPoster”]

    As soon as I add a parameter product_tags=”BirthPoster” no reviews are shown even when a review with such a tag exists.

    Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    You should add the product tag slug to the shortcode, which is found in Products > Tags. It is different from the reviews tag which is used to filter reviews in the frontend.
