If you mean the plugin itself helping create and register the shortcodes, no we do not have anything like that in there.

If you’re referring to the posts in the post types created actually getting parsed out instead of showing literal “[some-shortcode]” and similar, then that’s a detail not actually controlled by CPTUI. However, if the template files being used when viewing the posts are set up properly, they should get parsed out still. Specifically, things like the_content() should be getting used, which is where the parsing occurs.
