Shortcode crashes site

Hi i am having an extremely annoying issue everytime i place the shortcake on my theme regardless of where (using visual composer so it cant go wrong) the page turns white take the shortcode off and it works perfectly.

Ive searched everywhere with no luck, I’ve tried various permalinks just in case still no luck – is there anything I’m missing ?
