Shortcode-confirm doesn't work any longer for Calendar

Embedding Calendar as widget works.
With shortcode-button in Tinymce the shortcode generator is shown, calendar can be configured, but [Confirm] button does not work!
(No reaction, no shortcode created, generator remains open.)
Only [Cancel] button works.
