    Hello,

Sorry you ran into an issue. Not really sure where that is coming from because as far as I know we don’t output any text like that from the plugin.

Try running through this just so we can be sure there are not other conflicts: https://docs.simplecalendar.io/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-widget-conflicts/

Have you had any custom work done to the plugin files or added any filters? You could remove the filters and/or try reinstalling if that’s the case.

Let me know how that goes and we can pick up from there.

    Thanks!

Thank you. Unfortunately none of that seemed to help.

I opened the plugin files and saw this block: https://i.imgur.com/JUAF7O5.png

I see that the deprecated [gcal] is still available.

I tried it, and my calendar appeared: https://i.imgur.com/J46h4gL.png

Is it safe to use [gcal] on production?

TJ, thanks for that tip. I was having the same issue with shortcode [calendar id=”???”]
    However, [gcal id=”???”] works great!

Hmm interesting. Do you have another plugin or anything that is possibly also using the [calendar] shortcode? Either way, glad that that works for now for you but I wouldn’t recommend it for a long term solution.

    Hello,

I am going to assume this has been resolved since there has not been a reply here. If you continue to have issues please let us know and we will be glad to continue with helping.

    Thanks!

I’m having the same issue, albeit the [gcal id=] solution isn’t working for me.

Works okay by itself, but getting this when actually embedding it into a page.

I have this same issue. I found it was a plugin called Unyson, which is a framework, that has it’s own internal [calendar id=””] shortcode. I used the [gcal id=””] instead and it worked.
