Shortcode breaks Page Layout Enfold Theme

    we have noticed a issue with Easy Table of Contents and Enfold Theme. First, your plugin is working properly but if we add the [ez-toc] Shortcode to page – the page layout is broken.

    This is how it looks with shortcode https://l-mobile.com/infothekbeitrag/test-marc/
    This is how a copy of the page is looking without adding TOC shortcode:

    The problem is that all columns are broken which are normally besides, like under this headline –> Wie SAP Business One und branchenspezifische Add-Ons die Ziele der Digitalisierung unterstützen

    The image and text is not beside each other, they are below each other like on responsive views.

    This only happens if we use the shortcode, if we insert it automatically it works fine. Unfortunatelly we need to place it with shortcode to place it more free than with automatic insert because of our layouts.

    Any idea how to fix that?

    we use the plugin for the first time. It seems that your shortcode breaks the enfold style.css for columns/ table.

    I figured out that when I change the following enfold style.css on the test page from

    #top .flex_column_table {
    display: table;
    table-layout: fixed;
    width: 100%;
    float: left;
}

    to this one

    #top .flex_column_table {
    display: contents;
    table-layout: fixed;
    width: 100%;
    float: left;
}

    the broken layout is fixed. so I think it is caused anywhere in your css for the shortcode. Deactivating the css output through your plugin options does not help. May this hint is helpful to fix it.

    Thanks for the detailed info. Can you please check once if is there any conflict? Can you please check once by deactivating the active plugins one by one on your site and let us know back if there is any conflict?

    tested to deactivate every plugin. Until the EToC Shortcode is included in the page the layout is broken.

    Sorry for the delay in getting back. With the given info we are not able to replicate the issue. If possible can you please share the small reference video of the issue, So that we will analyze the same on our end and get back to you shortly?
