Shortcode are grey: doesn’t run

    Hi there!
    I’ve been using plugin for a while and today I noticed that all shortcodes are grey, then countdowns aren’t loaded on web pages.
    Any suggestions?

    I threw away some unused plugin and updated the builder and it works fine again.
