    Hi there

A client uses vCita and asked me to add a scheduling calendar into her site. I had the calendar working via a shortcode, but now the calendar does not appear to display (I believe following the auto-update to WP 4.8.1 – I was on vacation when this occurred; it certainly had been working).

The iframe is there, but the <head> and <body> elements within the iframe are empty.

Can you help shed some light on this please?

    Thanks
    Dom

You may have both the WP plugin and HTML scripts for the scheduling calendar view present on the same page. When this occurs, it breaks the rendering as you’ve described here.

Please check to see if you have the Calendar plugin deployed and deactivate it, or comment out the HTML to test and confirm. If further assistance is needed, we would want to connect with you for code-review within her WordPress site itself. You can use the Contact Us button inside the customer dashboard to contact us, or Email our team: support @ vcita.com.
