Hi, Thanks for this great plugin! I see that you have made a shortcode for frontend users but I cannot find it in the documentation. Please can you let me and others know what it is.

    Thanks,
    Rockarm

Hello. Yes you can use for example [seatreg code=d0ca254995] shortcode to add registration directly inside your pages. Or you can post the full link (https://www.example.com/?seatreg=registration&c=d0ca254995) so people have bigger view of registration. I will update the documentation with the next version update.

    Thank you.

Hi Thanks for this. When I add the shortcode block and look at the page all I see is a text only page of my homepage. This is the same if I click on ‘Registration’ under ‘Created Registrations’ – Any ideas?

    Thanks

EDIT: The issue was that it does not support ‘Elementor’

Hi – Having resolved the above issue, my next problem is that I cannot book a seat due to an error with the ‘Contact Information’ booking form. The error after submitting is ”illegal characters detected”

    Thanks, Rockarm

EDIT: Form information I used to help with error

    “Firstname”
    timmy

    “Lastname”
    fred

    “Email”

Hi. I am really sorry for so late reply. I did not see that you posted more comments here. I was not able to reproduce it. Can you test again with the latest version of the plugin?

Hello, I downloaded this plugin. Activating it, I have the same problem that @rockarm described, that is, it doesn’t work with elementor. Is the plugin compatible with elementor? How can I solve?
Both in the “registration” page and through the shortcode I see, instead of the map with the seats, a copy of the meu of my site in the form of text, all listed and out of phase. Disabling elementor returns you to see the seat map correctly.

Hey. I tried to reproduce the problem but can’t. I was able to create a page with the Elementor editor and adding shortcode seems to work fine. Did you only installed Elementor Website Builder plugin or anything else? Maybe you can descript step by step what you did the get the broken view.
