Shortcode

I have added the shortcode [wcb_widget type=”1″] to the footer underneath the heading subscribe but nothing shows up.

I think that you enable option “Disable for logged in user”. Just open your website in private window then you will see it.
You can add always_visible=”1″ to this shortcode to display it even with logged in users:
[wcb_widget type=”1″ always_visible=”1″]
