I’m not sure why that would be the case. In the code, if you do not specify a number of posts/art works it sets the value to -1 — which is to display all available posts. I’ve tested locally and on our demo site and I’ve rechecked the code and this is working as expected for me.

Is it possible that you have art works that are not in a Published status? It will not display posts that are saved as “draft” or “private”.

It’s also possible that your theme might be altering the post query before it displays on the page. You might test with one of the WordPress default themes to see if you get the same behavior.

All my post/pages are published. I have a feeling the culprit is the Hatch theme. I am waiting an answer from them also
