The reason it is not showing is because you can’t have 2 tickers with the exact same ID running on the same page. Only the first instance will work.

If you really need to display the same ticker twice on a page you need to add an additional attribute to the shortcode or function that sets a unique id. Please view this info https://dittynewsticker.com/documentation/#Unique_IDs along with the 2 samples below it.
