Short Text Boxes

I am having an issue with the last part of the survey that I set up. I have it set up to ask for the name and address and the boxes are too short. The text that is entered is cut off on the top.

I was wondering if anyone had a CSS suggestion, or something that minght fix it. Otherwise I love the plugin!
