Short product description not open

    Products – The image links in the short product description section do not open unless logged in. I have tried to “Open the link in a new tab” but no change. Only when logged in, this will work. All updated.
    Theme- Twenty Twenty.

    Hello,

    It seems this issue is not related to Twentig, but related to WooCommerce.

    Would you please try to deactivate the Twentig plugin temporarily? If the problem persists, then the issue is not related to Twentig.

    I took Twentig off and it works after that, so there is a fault with it.

    Can I somehow send the information privately?

    Twentig has now been off for a day. All links will open normally. Only the text and some of the boxes have changed color.

    I’ve tried to replicate the issue, but everything works well on my side with Twentig activated.

    There’s an issue with the lightbox functionality of Elementor on your page. When I click on your image link, an error appears in the Google Chrome console: "frontend.min.js?ver=3.5.6:2 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: (intermediate value)(intermediate value)(intermediate value).createLightbox is not a function".

    Would you please try to temporarily deactivate Elementor to see if it fixes the issue. If that is the case, you should open a ticket on the Elementor support forum.

    Okay thank you! I have to try to see if this helps.

    Edit. It did not help. I turned off all Elementor, Elementor Header & Footer Builder and Elementor Pro

    As we can’t replicate your issue on our side, the only way to solve it would be that you deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce and Twentig and reach out to us once it’s done so we can see the issue on your website.
