Short not shown

  • I don’t see the shortcode the plugin create to copy, my Elementor free is 3.6.4 and I using only the free version, I add pro but cancel it.

    Where is the problem?

    Hi @mstudioil,

    First, check the plugin that AnyWhere Elemetor is installed.
    If yes, you can find the Shortcode in the AE Template list.

    Hey, thanks for the answer.

    I found them on the “AE Templates” option in the menu, is it the right place? I create Elementor template and use the shortcode where I need?

    I was looking at the “Elementor template” option, I didn’t show at first the “AE Templates” option, I was thinking the plugin is adding shortcode to the “Elementor template” and not adding new template option.

    Hi,

    Yes, we provide a template system other than Elementor’s template.
    Actually, we introduced Templates and Shortcode system before Elementor’s template and they provide shortcodes with the Pro version.

    And If you are looking for Elementor’s shortcode, then you have to install Elementor Pro. For more you can contact their support, they will assist you more efficiently.
