• This plug-in does exactly what is says it does, and it’s exactly what I needed – I wanted to encourage my students to write longer replies to one another on our class blogs, so I set a minimum word length.

However, it does NOT display the custom message I set up that tells users *why* their comment was rejected. Any idea what might be wrong or how I could fix this??

    Thank you.

For some reason, I wrote the plugin to only display the message if the “Check Length With JavaScript” option is selected, and by default it’s not selected.

As a quick fix, enable the “Check Length With JavaScript” option, and your message should start being displayed.

I’ll publish an update soon that always displays the message, and I’ll also make the JavaScript check on by default
