Short Codes not working on post or page type

Could you please try adding the content block to a widget area and see if the content is visible then? And are you maybe using a content builder plugin like Visual Composer?

Can you post the exact shortcode that you are using in your content here so I can see what is going wrong.

No, the same shortcode does not appear in the footer widget either.

Please check which plugin you are using and choose the correct shortcode accordingly.
