Short Codes not working in Widget or sidebar

  • We are redesigning an old web site with a new site and trying to use Short Codes in the Widgets sidebar area. Only the short code is displayed not the Review Content, is it because the web site is not live yet and just on a localhost or is there an issue with the code for this Theme? I’m using Genesis Executive Pro Theme. Here are the two short codes, I’ve tried.

    [WPCR_SHOW POSTID="ALL" NUM="5" PAGINATE="1" PERPAGE="5" SHOWFORM="1" HIDEREVIEWS="0" HIDERESPONSE="0" SNIPPET="" MORE="" HIDECUSTOM="0" ]

    <?php echo do_shortcode('[WPCR_SHOW POSTID="ALL" NUM="3"]'); ?>

    I also tried the shorter version:

    [WPCR_SHOW POSTID="ALL" NUM="3"]
