Short codes Not Showing Correct Star reviews

    I have mostly 5 star reviews but i do have a few 4 star reviews but the star chart in the shortcode only shows all 5 star reviews in the in the chart and not the 4 star reviews. I feel it’s misleading to my customers and need to fix this. Please scroll down the page on https://beachbabebikini.com/ to see what im talking about. Can someone please help me with this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    It could be a caching or conflicting issue with another plugin or theme on your site. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a WordPress theme then check this issue again.

    I tried that and it still is not working correctly. I ticked the “Reviews Summary Bar” for product pages and the summary bar is working correctly and showing the 4 Star review for the product, but the shortcodes themselves are not working correctly. The shortcodes show the correct amount of reviews but shows in the charts there are all 5 star reviews and i have a few 4 star reviews. The 4 stars are not showing in the chart.

    I tried deactivating plugins and theme but still not working correctly. You can see what i’m talking about on the front page of my website Beachbabebikini.com

    Thanks for sharing additional information.

    We re-checked your page and it looks like everything is working correctly. If you click on the bar with “4 stars”, the widget will show you that there are 6 reviews with 4 stars. 6 reviews out of 3434 reviews is 0.17%. Since the bars do not show decimals of percents, it shows “4 stars” as 0% after rounding because 0.17% is rounded to 0%. If you receive several more “4 star” reviews, the reviews bar will start displaying 1% for them.
