    Hello,

    Where can I find short codes for contact form for users and guests ?

    When a guest is contacting via the form, is he then converted into a WP user ?

    You can find this shortcode in plugin details page, we also placing here.

    ShortCode : [wpsd_ticket_manager]

    You have to user, so user will login in this ticket manager and place ticket.
