Short Codes

Hello all,

I am using woocommerce for my web site, but I have a problem with short codes.

Whenever I use shortcodes like [products per_page=”12″ columns=”4″], it does not work. I mean if I use this code, 12 products are not shown in page which I want, instead of that all of products are shown.

I want only 12 products are shown in one page, and than I click on second page and see other 12 products. How can I do that, can anyone help me?
