short code not working on widgets

    I put short code in widget on lateral bar, you can see on the right of my web page. but it does not work, i see the short code instead of forms, it is short code from contact form 7 plugin.
    The same short code work in page in the middle… So i don’t understand why.
    I have tried also with ninja forms plugin but is the same behavior.
    So I suppose it is from the theme used ?

    If anyone have an idea ? is it a bug ?

    Sorry for late response. But the shortcodes are working fine with the theme. We have already tested the shortcode feature with our theme. Kindly review your shortcode.
