Short Code not working

  • We’re trying to get our listing to showup on our website using the listing shortcode [es_my_listing]. However, no matter what we do our listing fails to show up and just returns no result.

    It’d be great if someone could advise us on how to resolve this issue.

    Hello, make sure that you didn’t copied – pasted it from somewhere else and it can contain some extra code in the admin side. We opened the link and it doesn’t show the shortcode itself now. So it is either removed or works and you don’t have published listings.

    Thank you for you reply. We typed in the code manually. Current we do have listing on our website. The issue is that the listing does not appear even if we have listings published and applied no filter to listing shortcode.

    We loved the services and funtionality provided by Estatik. However, as it currently stand we cannot have our listing appear on our website pages.

    Please advise how we can resolve this issue.

    Hello,

    I can assume an incompatibility issue.
    I can not provide any further details since it’s not a common issue. The shortcords are likely to work in any way.
