I just checked the plugin on a demo server and it is working fine. Maybe there’s some issue on your side. Can you please install “WP Query Monitor” plugin and share the error you’re getting? It will help me analyze it properly.

Please share a screenshot of the “PHP Notice” section. Also, if possible, take a complete backup of your website and create dummy login credentials; I’ll take a look into this.
