Short code issue on tablet mode

Do you mean the difference between these views:

The [featured_products per_page=”1″ columns=”1″] looks to be working as expected, i.e. showcasing one product in one column. The shortcode is constrained by the container in which it is placed. This and the mobile-friendliness of the display are determined by the theme.

It looks like you’re using the Blocksy theme. Does that sound familiar?

Customizing the layout gets into custom development so it will require you to play with the code a bit. If this is outside of your comfort zone, I recommend reaching out to the theme’s developers for further assistance.

If you only have the original theme (no child theme), I would highly recommend that you create a child theme before you start editing core theme files. You can read more about child themes through the WordPress Codex:
