Short code [es_register] doesn’t work

Hello,

I’ve got an issue with creating a register form with short code [es_register].
It’s like the short code doesn’t work : when a put it on my page on back end, nothing is showed on front end…
If someone have tips, or the right short code, it’d help me a lot.
