shortcode does not work on some pages

Hello

when I put shortcode it works on all pages but bot working on pages like blog page and all related components like sidebar or single.php, also not working on pages like the search page,
category page.

also when I put the shortcode on the footer it works on the footer of all pages but not working on the footer of the above pages although it is the same footer for all pages.

please, how can I fix this problem?
