Short code does not work at all since update

I am not sure what changes as I had an updated both Shortcodes and WP at the same time.
The scenario: two pages appear empty when use the web site

However when I disable Shortcodes Ultimate I get

I tried using older versions 3.2 – did not work at all
4.5 4.8 4.9.8 all had the same effect of an empty page

Some more info (I Hope this may help)

Custom formatting = V
Skip default values = is empty
Shortcodes prefix = _SU
Insert shortcode Hotkey = is empty
However I tried changing the above combination’s and nothing helped
