Short code does not work

Hi,
I bought this plug in so long ago and have not been using it for months. Now when I resume to try to use it I can’t make it show on wordpress by simply inputting the shortcode “CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS id=”8”] as I used to. Could you please advise?

The form is there, but you cannot see the texts because their colors is defined as white by the theme active on your website, and the page’s background is white too:
To fix it, enter the following style definition:
#fbuilder *{color:#242424;}into the “Customize Form Design” attribute, in the “Form Settings” tab (https://cff.dwbooster.com/images/documentation/form-settings-tab.png)
