Short code displays on mobile site

When using the free version of WordPress Mobile Pack plugin any short code, in square brackets, as per suggestions given by Custom Community theme developer displays as text on plugin derived mobile site.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this can be prevented, or is this one for the developers to look into?
