shorcode not working on front side

    I have used this shortcode “[file_manager]” in WordPress site but not showing on the front side user

    issue 1 – JS & CSS does not load
    issue 2 – if we put manually folder “elFinder” & “jquery-ui-1.11.4” then another error is coming.

    can you please solve this issues as soon as possible.
