Shorcode not working

I went to the page I wanted to insert the shortcode to. I clicked the photo gallery button and configured it, then clicked Add to Page. It inserted the photo icon thing to the admin. I click publish, then went to the front end only to see the shortcode printed out.

I am using the Organic Themes theme called Profile. Other shortcodes work as expected.
