    The above page is just one page out of what appears to be many products that aren’t updating. I’ve seen this in the past before with other feed plugins because of things like Wordfence blocking the file updates. In this case however I tried turning wordfence protection off completely and I was still seeing the issue.

    XML file is here, i’ve removed the www and https just so this isn’t linkable to the site.

    luxemirrors.com.au/product/wall-mounted-shaving-make-up-mirror/

    If you search for product ID 135342 you should see the mismatch. The feed says it’s 162 but the site says 185.

    Debug feed is here – luxemirrors.com.au/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/logs/debug.log

    Thanks in advance for your help

  • Hi Bryon,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with wrong prices.

    Is the 162 from your example an old price of the product or one that you never used and just wrong?

    I checked the debug.log and according to it the last update of your feeds was on May first. After that your feed never updated anymore. So changes are big that the 162 is indeed an old price. See:

    [01 May 2020 07:16] => 724

    Changes are that there is an issue with your WP-cron. Have you already tried to de-activate and re-activate the plugin? That will reset all cron events needed for automated updates of your feeds.

    Ok that’s interesting. I just de-activated it and re-activated it. Still seems the same. I wonder, could this be something to do with the hosting in terms of allowing cron jobs? I know the client did move hosting at one stage and it didn’t seem like the traditional hosting and seemed a bit more complicated than that. Can I investigate on the hosting and should I expect to see cron jobs in cpanel for example?

    I can see there is an area on the hosting for Cron jobs, but there seems to be one in there but it’s not for your plugin. Is there anyway I could manually create it maybe? Do you have any instructions for what I might need to add in there?

    Actually, i switched it to twice daily to run, turned the feed off and on and then tried again and now it appears to be updating. Can you confirm in the logs again? Many thanks for your help and pointing me in the right direction.

    Hi,

    You would have to generate the logs again before it contains new information for me to check.
