Shopping carts

I see a lot of shopping cart plugins, however they all seem to be very basic. I need a plugin that will allow the customer to choose the the size, color, quantity and a couple of other options (sorry cannot give out more info as per my agreement). Also the shipping options are needed.
The products will all be physical, not digital.
Is there a plugin that will meet those specs? Or should I just attempt to hire a developer?
