• My problems have been on-going since I moved the website from one server to another (both with 2mhost)

    When I move through the cart process on the rainbowcrib/tribalmountain website, the only thing that the cart does not read is the FedEx plugin.

    However, the exact same site, with the exact same database residing on tribalmountaintrade.com, does not show the taxes during checkout. The problem here is that the .csv file refuses to be recognized, uploaded or edited. The only difference with the domoans is that tribalmountaintrade.com has an SSL certificate that was purchased with the rest of the order. Could this be the issue ?

    Like I mentioned, the FedEx plugin doesnt work either, but I guess ill have to go to FedEx to help me with this issue.

    I have been at this for two weeks. I have opened up many tickets on 2mhost, but they are turning out to be pretty useless, referring me to the plugin support.

    It is important that I get this site up and running. I am a digital marketing student getting ready to market a website that doesn’t even work . ARGH. Please help. Just ask me what information you need and I will get it for you.
