Shopping cart plugin that only provides invoices?

Is there a free shopping cart plugin that allows customers to checkout and only get invoices without having to pay via some portal like Paypal or Google Checkout? I’d just like for the customer to get an invoice listing items that must be paid for with prices totaled, with bank wiring instructions somewhere in this invoice. The shop is not in the USA sp portals like Paypal would charge both buyer and seller high fees per transaction but bank wires would be less expensive and only be charged to the seller.
