Shopping cart not acting right

I’m having this exact same issue. Any help asap would be appreciated.

gimmiegifts – not able to replicate this on your site. I was able to go to the products page, add to cart, view the correct product with variation, and checkout to PayPal.

butterflyness – As the original poster’s site seems to work – and you have posted nothing that we can act upon, there’s not much we can do here without further information.

Justin – I think you tried this after I had changed my theme. A friend of mine was able to duplicate the issue on his own site by using the Balita theme that I was using. So I changed them them to twenty thirteen or twenty fourteen for the moment until I find another one that I like.
Butterflyness – I would try changing your theme and if that corrects the issue then you will know you will need to change it. I was afraid to change mine because I am not well versed in WordPress sites or even eCommerces site as this is my first online store. So I have to admit I am lost and learning as I go.

Hi, my theme was based on twentyten or twentyeleven. I tried changing to twenty fourteen and the issue was still present. i’ve also tried switching off some of the plugins and no joy. The issue has happened suddenly after this site has been using wp-ecommerce for about 3 years without trouble so seems to be since the recent update.

The site is https://www.sarah-janepetwhisperer.com if someone is able to take a look. The wordpress and wp-ecommerce are latest versions.

Specifically, the cart shows no items after you click add to cart, then go to checkout.

@butterflyness your website does not set the cookies required by WP eCommerce for some reason.
Can you please post a Premium support topic and Support will investigate. Could be some server issue.

@gimmiegifts i tested it too and it shows up just fine.
